In consultation with our Vice Chairs for Rules and Outreach, we're excited to announce the new Call to Caucus for Reorganization of the Virginia Democratic Women's Caucus. The dates and deadlines are as follows:

* To file to be an officer, candidates must submit this form<https://vademocrats.us14.list-manage.com/track/click?u=5fd164a83ef5cca93363f659e&id=d22ba00f0d&e=84aaca3769> by Friday, October 11th at 5pm.
* To file to be a member, potential members must submit this form<https://vademocrats.us14.list-manage.com/track/click?u=5fd164a83ef5cca93363f659e&id=70c65039bb&e=84aaca3769> by Friday, October 11th at 5pm.
* If you are already a member in good standing of the VDWC, you do not have to re-file.
* On Saturday, October 19th at 10am, the DPVA will host a Zoom call for all members and candidates.
* Candidates for Chair will be given 5 minutes to speak, and Candidates for all other offices will be given 2 minutes to speak, provided that there are at least two candidates for a given office.
* Voting will open at the conclusion of the Zoom meeting on October 19th and will be open until October 20th at 5pm. All members of the VDWC will get an email with their secure ballot.
* After voting closes, the DPVA will compile a report and will share the results with the VDWC membership.

Candidates for these offices will be sent a full membership list in order to campaign. If you would like to opt-out of your contact information being shared with the full list of candidates, please indicate as such on the membership filing form, or email reorg@vademocrats.orgreorg@vademocrats.org> with that request.
